Connecting With Your Truth
All therapy takes some courage, and Individual therapy is that tender place where you give yourself permission to sit in some of the uncomfortable places as you explore more about yourself. A time to connect within and shine a light on the things that are ready to be seen and heard.
Maybe you are feeling as if you have lost who you really are? Maybe you are feeling burdened by some of the experiences you have had? Maybe you are wanting to repair the hurts? Maybe you are feeling those places within yourself where the guilt and shame live? Maybe you don’t know why your are feeling the way your are feeling but you are ready to feel something different?
You may be wanting to really put your mark on the world, to share your ideas, your light, your voice, but are stuck in the fear of putting yourself out there, the fear of being seen and heard or not even really connecting with what your heart is showing you.
